Dr. P. Eliot Hughes, MD - Medical Director
Dr. Hughes is a sports medicine orthopedic surgeon who was chosen as Sutter Health's top orthopedic surgeon in the fall of 2005. Dr. Hughes received his MD from USC and his BS in Physics from UCLA, where he graduated number one in his class. Dr. Hughes has worked for the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Rams and received the exclusive Certificate of Sports Medicine from George Washington University.
Daniel Schmid - Managing Director
Daniel serves on the board of Directors for the North and South of Market Adult Day Health, a caregiver to frail elders. He has worked for San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom's Community Development Department and has written for National Public Radio. He has also volunteered as a junior college football coach, on the board of the Hospitality House, and for Inner City Youth. Daniel has a Masters degree in Public Administration from USC, where he received the Deans Merit Scholarship.
